Heat some oil in a pan and temper cumin seeds to it. Add ginger garlic and cook. Cook till the rawness of ginger and garlic is gone.
Add the boiled kala chana and stir it. Let it cook for 2 mins. Add in all the spices: red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste.Mix well. Add water & stir again. Let the water dry up.
Add a few drops of lemon juice, followed by some freshly chopped coriander. Mix it up well. Garnish with chopped tomatoes & onions. Serve!
