ghee
4 tablespoon
milk
3/4 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
almonds
As required
Cut and peel a medium-sized dudhi or bottle gourd, and grate it. Reserve the water released by the dudhi while grating.
Take 3-4 tbsp of ghee in a pan. Once heated, add grated dudhi and the reserved water.
Add milk to the mixture and cook it for about 4-5 minutes till the milk is absorbed.
