  • eggs

  • red chilli powder

    1 teaspoon

  • besan

    2 1/2 tablespoon

  • green chilles

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    2 teaspoon

  • ginger

    1 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

  • eggs

    1 Numbers

  • black peppercorns

    1/4 teaspoon

  • oil

    1 tablespoon

  • curry leaves

    8 Numbers

  • dried red chillies

    1 Numbers

  • garlic

    1 teaspoon

  • ginger

    1 teaspoon

  • green chilles

    1 Numbers

  • garam masala

    1/2 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • ketchup

    3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the boiled eggs into quarters.

Add chilli powder, besan, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt and crushed black pepper. Mix well.

Roll the egg mixture into balls and fry them in hot oil until crisp and golden brown.
