Indo-Chinese dishes are an integral part of our dining experience & egg fried rice is one recipe that deserves special mention among others. It literally takes very little of your time & tastes absolutely delicious. In times like these, especially, it is a great recipe to make as the ingredients required are always easily available in our kitchen. If you have leftover rice in the fridge & eggs at hand, this recipe can even be served for weekend dinner or lunch. Egg fried recipe is also a superb way to make your kids eat veggies & eggs at the same time. So, do make this at home
basmati rice
2 cup
onion
1/4 cup
green capsicum

green chilli
2 tablespoon
soy sauce
1 teaspoon
eggs
2 pieces
carrot
1/4 cup
garlic
1 tablespoon
salt
As required
black pepper powder
As required

2 tablespoon
In a pan, heat oil and break the eggs into the pan and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and black pepper.
In another pan heat oil over moderate flame. Saute the onions on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Once the onions turn slightly pinkish, add the remaining vegetables and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep salt and soy sauce. Keep the flame high.
Add in the cooked rice. Mix well & serve!
