Frankie paratha: Hot pockets stuffed with chicken

  • whole wheat flour

    1 cup

  • salt

    1 teaspoon

  • water

    1/2 cup

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • chicken

    250 grams

  • yogurt

    2 tablespoon

  • ginger garlic paste

    1 tablespoon

  • red chilli powder

    2 teaspoon

  • coriander powder

    1 teaspoon

  • cumin powder

    1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

  • lemon juice

    2 teaspoon

  • onion

    1/2 cup

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves

    1 tablespoon

  • garam masala

    1 teaspoon

  • eggs

    1 Numbers

  • oil

    1 tablespoon

  • onion

    1/2 cup

  • ginger

    2 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Coat the chicken in yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice.

Mix flour, salt and water. Knead into a soft dough.

Add oil and knead for 2 minutes more. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
