Coat the chicken in yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice.
Mix flour, salt and water. Knead into a soft dough.
Add oil and knead for 2 minutes more. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
