Whole Wheat Flour

All Purpose Flour

Ghee

Coconut

Outer covering: Add some whole wheat flour and maida in a bowl. Mix it well. Add some ghee into it and mix again.
Filling: Add some grated coconut into a bowl. Mix roasted suji into it. Add chopped and crushed almonds into it. Put in some chopped raisins in it. Add powdered cardamom and powdered sugar into the bowl.
Take small portions of the dough and roll them out- thick or thin- as you like. Place it on the gujiya mould. Add the filling into it using a spoon.
