Start by making breadcrumbs. Toast some bread slices on a hot pan. Then put the pieces of the toasted bread in a mixer grinder. Mix it. Now add the mixture on the hot pan again and toast it so that all the excess moisture from the crumbs is removed.
Add some parmesan powder over the breadcrumbs. Add some red chilli powder and some dried parsley. Mix all of it together.
Time to marinate fish. : Use a whole pomfret and coat it with some lemon juice. Sprinkle some salt over it. Add red chilli powder over it. Add chopped garlic over the fish. Now add some ginger paste and mustard paste. Crush some pepper over the fish. Massage the fish with all the flavours using your hands. Coat the fish well. Let it marinate for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
