black pepper powder

salt
1 teaspoon
kashmiri mirch powder
1 teaspoon
curd
1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon
oil
2 tablespoon
mayonnaise
As required
In a bowl add the chicken wings. Add the black pepper powder, salt, chilli powder, curd and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep aside for 2 hours to help marinate the chicken wings.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken wings to it. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side
Take off the flame once they turn golden brown and get a bit of char on the outside. Drizzle mayonnaise on the chicken wings and serve
