A specialty of Kerala, egg ghee roast is a South Indian preparation that gets its flavor from the ghee, the masala, and the beautiful blend of spices. This curry is very aromatic and can be enjoyed as it is or with some hot Malabar parathas. red chillies
8 pieces
black peppercorns
1 tablespoon
garlic

star anise

coriander leaves

ghee

curry leaves

As required
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Keep aside. Take a pan and add ghee, red chillies, black peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, garlic cloves, ginger and cumin. Saute until fragrant.
Now add onion. Saute until it becomes translucent. Add tomato and coriander stems. Cook nicely
In a separate pan, add ghee and curry leaves. Add the blend to this pan and let it cook
