Marinate the basa fillets with black pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Keep aside to rest.
In a bowl, prepare the butter mixture- take butter at room temperature. Add to it chilli flakes, chopped garlic and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Take the marinated fish and coat it with cornflour. Heat some oil in a pan, followed by a spoonful of the prepared butter mixture. Once the butter starts to melt, add in the chopped garlic.
