Add curd in a bowl. Now add some ginger garlic paste. Mix black pepper powder, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Now add chicken pieces to it. Let it sit for 5 to 10 mins.
In a pan, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and let it heat. Add sliced onion and saute for a few minutes. Add a diced tomato and cook well. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan. Cover and cook until the chicken is well cooked.
Marinate paneer. In a bowl, put ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil. Mix spices with it like red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and pepper. Then add paneer cubes to the mixture and put coriander and mint leaves to it. Now mix the entire thing.
