If you look around the world, there are many pizza-like dishes such as tarte flambée in France and sfiha in the Middle East. With such a huge fan base and variations, a mini pizza serves the purpose of having a small, heartful meal. From dough type to sauce variety and different cheese options to seasonal veggies, mini pizzas let you customize it the way you like it.
