  • milk

    10 mililitre

  • butter

    60 grams

  • all purpose flour

    60 grams

  • cornflour

    20 grams

  • eggs

    5 Numbers

  • vanilla essence

    1 teaspoon

  • salt

    1/4 teaspoon

  • castor sugar

    90 grams

Preparation

Step 1

Take a bowl and add milk and butter to it.

Let the butter melt over warm water and then add flour and corn flour. Mix it with a whisk.

In another bowl, separate 5 egg yolks from their whites.
