Crispy & Crunchy Chivda made with delicious Gujarati Khakhras mixed with chewy coconut pieces, peanuts and chana fried and blended in tempting masala.
refined oil

raw peanuts
1/4 cup
coconut
1/4 cup
chana dal
2 tablespoon
fennel seeds
1 teaspoon
sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
curry leaves
12 Numbers
red chilli powder
1 tablespoon
turmeric
1 teaspoon
chaat masala
1 1/2 teaspoon
khakra
10 Numbers
powdered sugar
1 tablespoon
salt
1 teaspoon
Add some oil into the pan. Put some peanuts and dried coconut slices in the pan and fry it. Add some chana dal and fry. Add saunf and sesame seeds in the pan. Now add some curry leaves into the pan. Put some red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chaat masala in the pan and mix.
Crush some khakhras and add it to the mixture. Mix it well and let the chivda cool down to room temperature.
Add some powdered sugar and sprinkle some salt over it. Mix it well and enjoy munching over this Khakhra Chivda.
