    1 tablespoon

  • garlic

    8 cloves

  • ginger

    1 piece

  • dried red chillies

    4 pieces

  • sugar

    1/2 tablespoon

  • spring onions

    1/2 cup

  • red capsicum

    1/2 cup

  • green capsicum

    1/2 cup

  • yellow bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • roasted peanuts

    1/4 cup

  • red chilli sauce

    2 tablespoon

  • tomato ketchup

    1 tablespoon

  • soy sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • white pepper

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • corn starch

    2 tablespoon

  • water

    100 mililitre

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Fry the potatoes until they are crisp and golden brown.
