The best part about it is that you can either have it as a whole or put it into a range of mouth-watering desserts like kulfis, ice cream, pudding or even a cake. This sumptuous mango kulfi recipe can easily prepare at home with a few ingredients that are easily available. Why rely on restaurants or any other place when you can make such a nice, wholesome dessert all by yourself at home?

1 cup
fresh cream
1/2 cup
condensed milk
1/2 cup
milk
1/4 cup
cardamom powder
1 teaspoon
saffron
1 strands
Add all the ingredients into a blender. Put mango cubes, condensed milk, fresh cream and cardamom powder along with a few strands of saffron. Blend them all into a smooth paste.
Pour into small-sized matkas (earthen pots) or kulfi moulds and then put into the freezer for 6 hours.
Once the dessert is frozen, garnish it with sliced pistachios and almonds. You can also use dried rose petals. Serve chilled.
