ginger garlic paste

coriander powder
1 teaspoon
cumin powder
1 teaspoon
red chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoon
chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon

lemon juice

First take a big long round baingan (eggplant).
Prepare the masala in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, lemon juice & oil in the bowl.
Take the sliced brinjal and coat it with the masala mixture.
