  • pesto

    3 tablespoon

  • garlic

    4 cloves

  • ash gourd

    1 cup

  • pasta

    1/2 cup

  • chickpea

    1 cup

  • parmesan cheese

    1 piece

  • onion

    1/4 cup

  • carrot

    1/4 cup

  • red bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • yellow bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • cabbage

    1/2 cup

  • spinach

    1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan, heat olive oil. Add onion, carrot, cabbage, bell peppers and ash gourd. Sauté till translucent.

Now add boiled chickpeas, pasta, 2 cups of chickpea water, parmesan and salt to taste. Mix these well.

Now add pepper and spinach. Mix everything well and let these cook for a while
