mozzarella cheese
200 grams
nachos
60 grams
all purpose flour
1 tablespoon
corn starch
1 tablespoon
salt
As required
black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon
oregano flakes
1/2 teaspoon
water
1/4 cup
Crush nachos in a bowl to form a coarse powder.
In a separate bowl, combine maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix them well. Add water to make a thin slurry.
Now cut the frozen mozzarella cheese blocks into sticks of ½ inch thickness, almost like French fries.
