This besan masala toast makes a great evening snack with a cup of tea. It's loaded with veggies and is lip-smackingly delish! Here's a simple recipe to slay those mid-evening hunger cravings.




Ingredients

  • bread

    4 pieces

  • gram flour

    1 cup

  • cumin powder

    1 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    1 teaspoon

  • onion

    1 cup

  • tomato

    1 cup

  • coriander leaves

    As required

  • water

    As required

  • salt

    As required

  • oil

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Mix besan (gram flour), coriander leaves, dhania jeera powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion, tomato and salt in a bowl.

Slowly add water to it as required mix it to make a smooth batter.

Take the bread slices and dip these slices into the besan batter. Shallow fry in a pan till golden brown and crispy on both sides
