Mix besan (gram flour), coriander leaves, dhania jeera powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion, tomato and salt in a bowl.
Slowly add water to it as required mix it to make a smooth batter.
Take the bread slices and dip these slices into the besan batter. Shallow fry in a pan till golden brown and crispy on both sides
