Ingredients

Serves 4
  • oats

    1 cup

  • semolina

    1 1/2 cup

  • yogurt

    4 cup

  • baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon

  • salt

    1 teaspoon

  • fruit salt

    2 tablespoon

  • peanuts

    6 tablespoon

  • dried red chillies

    3 piece

  • sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    1 teaspoon

  • honey

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Dry roast the oats in a pan on low flame. Grind the roasted oats until you get fine powdered oats.

Dry roast some semolina and mix it with the powdered oats in a bowl. Mix it well.

Add some yogurt into the bowl. Mix it using a spatula until you get a smooth and thick consistent batter.
