Ask any Indian about their favourite snack. The answer will always be Chaat! The word chaat is associated with so many emotions. Happy- celebrate with a panipuri. Sad- eat some sev puri to lighten up your mood. Hungry- nothing satiates those hunger pangs better than a samosa chaat. The beauty of chaat is that it is a flavour bomb in your mouth and has endless varieties. The best part is that any kind of chaat is available just at walking distance from your home or office and won’t even burn a hole in the pocket. Palak Patta Chaat is one such variation that uses fried spinach leaves as a base for all the yummy, tangy, sweet and spicy sauces and curds that go on top. It might also be a healthy variant of chaat due to the addition of spinach leaves. But in the end, the taste is all that matters and the recipe here will help you make it.
