Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add the seasonings and keep aside.
Take refined flour on your work surface, add salt, baking powder, water and knead for 5-10 minutes the dough needs to be smooth but firm dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes covered.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into 3 circles.
