  • paneer

    1 1/2 Numbers

  • spring onions

    1 tablespoon

  • onion

    30 grams

  • ginger

    2 teaspoon

  • green chilli

    1 Numbers

  • coriander leaves

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon

  • chilli garlic sauce

    1/4 cup

  • refined flour

    1 1/2 cup

  • salt

    1 teaspoon

  • baking powder

    1 teaspoon

  • water

    1/2 cup

  • coriander leaves

    As required

  • chilli oil

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add the seasonings and keep aside.

Take refined flour on your work surface, add salt, baking powder, water and knead for 5-10 minutes the dough needs to be smooth but firm dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes covered.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into 3 circles.
