We often make different kinds of pastas but did you know that it tastes equally good as a salad too? Yes, you read that right! This pasta salad is quick, healthy & incredibly delicious way to start your day. You can even make this salad for brunch and can enjoy it a little later in the day too.


Ingredients

  • pasta

    100 grams

  • salt

    As required

  • broccoli

    As required

  • red bell pepper

    1 Numbers

  • corn kernel

    1 cup

  • green grapes

    8 Numbers

  • roasted peanuts

    3/4 cup

  • tomato

    1 Numbers

  • yellow bell pepper

    1 Numbers

  • onion

    1 grams

  • garlic

    4 cloves

  • lemon juice

    1 tablespoon

  • olive oil

    3 tablespoon

  • black pepper

    As required

  • olive

    4 grams

  • extra virgin olive oil

    3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Add the pasta in boiling water and wait for it to cook.

Strain the pasta in a calendar, strain the hot water and pour in some cool water over the pasta.

Put some pasta in a bowl and add some broccoli, juicy red bell peppers and corn kernels to the same bowl.
