Pav Bhaji – When we think of beach, a picture of hot buttery pav bhaji comes to our mind. It’s a very easy and utterly delicious recipe to make at home. A spicy curry of mixed veggies, majorly boiled potato cooked in a special blend of spices and served with soft buttered Pav(Indian version of Bun). Pav Bhaji masala is added with other spices for that punch which give the bhaji mouth-watering flavours. Pav Bhaji is everyone’s all time favourite snack/meal option. Can be consumed at any hour of the day.


Ingredients

Serves 2
  • butter

    2 tablespoon

  • ginger garlic paste

    2 teaspoon

  • onion

    1/2 cup

  • carrot

    1/2 cup

  • cauliflower

    1/2 cup

  • french beans

    1/2 cup

  • green peas

    1/2 cup

  • tomato puree

    1/2 cup

  • salt

    As required

  • red chilli powder

    1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • pav bhaji masala

    2 tablespoon

  • potato

    1/2 cup

  • water

    As required

  • pav

    2 pieces

  • butter

    2 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Butter in a pan and add ginger & garlic paste & onions.

Step 2

Add carrots, boiled peas, blanched cauliflower, and beans. Cook it for a while.

Step 3

Put fresh tomato Puree and packaged tomato puree in equal quantities. Cook the tomatoes for 5-6 minutes.
