Poha is a popular and traditional Indian breakfast recipe made with beaten rice. It is a simple and healthy breakfast idea. Poha can be made within minutes. It is generally served as a whole but tastes better when topped with peanuts, namkeen sev, Pomegranates and chopped onions. Heat 2-tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.
Wash the poha 1-2 times gently with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer. Sprinkle salt and sugar over it, mix/toss well and keep aside.
When Mustard seeds start to splutter, add cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, & peanuts.
