Ever imagined eating saucy stir-fried chicken out of crispy potato nests? This spicy, zingy chicken recipe combines two of our eternal favourites -- chicken and fried potatoes. It's perfect for a Friday night dinner with friends.

capsicum
1/4 cup
chicken
200 grams
schezwan sauce
3 tablespoon
ketchup
2 tablespoon
soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
spring onions
1 tablespoon
sesame seeds

Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them.

Now grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess water. Transfer to a bowl.

Add rest of the ingredients for the potato "nest" and mix well.
