Ingredients

Serves 4
  • rajma

    1 cup

  • spinach

    250 grams

  • paneer

    200 grams

  • coriander leaves

    1 handful

  • mint leaves

    1 handful

  • green chillies

    2 teaspoon

  • onion

    1 Numbers

  • garlic

    5 cloves

  • ginger

    1 piece

  • tomato

    2 Numbers

  • asafoetida powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • cumin seeds

    1 teaspoon

  • fresh cream

    2 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Soak rajma in water for 6-8 hours before starting the cooking process. Once, done, pressure cook it and keep aside.

Step 2

Take water in a separate pan and boil spinach. After boiling, blanch the spinach in cold water.

Step 3

Take a grinder and blend the blanched spinach with an inch of ginger, a couple of green chillies and coriander leaves. Put mint leaves as well and grind them all into a paste.
