Soak rajma in water for 6-8 hours before starting the cooking process. Once, done, pressure cook it and keep aside.
Take water in a separate pan and boil spinach. After boiling, blanch the spinach in cold water.
Take a grinder and blend the blanched spinach with an inch of ginger, a couple of green chillies and coriander leaves. Put mint leaves as well and grind them all into a paste.
