A famous street food, Chicken 65 is a spicy fried chicken dish from South India. Served as an appetizer they are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Basically it is deep fried small (bone in our bone out) pieces of marinated chicken sautéed in super tangy chilli garlic sauce.

Marinate Chicken with curd, spices, Ginger Garlic Paste, Corn Flour and salt.
Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hrs.
Heat Oil and deep Fry the marinated chicken until its golden brown.
