Who said vegetarians miss out the fun of eating juicy keema dishes? Soya keema is a delicious vegeratian recipe that is made with soya granules. It is a North Indian favourite and eaten mostly with chapattis or parathas. It is a lip smacking dish that is available at all places from restaurants and street side stalls. The recipe is quick and easy and definitely a people pleaser.


Ingredients

  • water

    2 cup

  • soya chunks

    1 cup

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • cumin seeds

    1 teaspoon

  • onion

    1 Numbers

  • green chilli

    1 Numbers

  • tomato puree

    1 cup

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • garam masala

    1 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

Take a pan and boil 2 cups water

Drain out the water.
