Knead rice flour with lukewarm water till the dough gets springy. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a log-size piece. Cut further into 1-inch pieces.
Boil water and toss the dough pieces in. Let them cook for 10 minutes.
