Ingredients

Serves 2
  • rice flour

    1 cup

  • warm water

    1/3 tablespoon

  • tomato

    2 Numbers

  • dried red chillies

    5 Numbers

  • ginger

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    5 Numbers

  • soy sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • green chilli sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • vinegar

    1/2 tablespoon

  • ketchup

    1 tablespoon

  • spring onions

    As required

  • oil

    1 tablespoon

  • sesame seeds

    1 tablespoon

  • black pepper powder

    1/3 tablespoon

  • onion

    2 slices

  • coriander leaves

    1/3 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Knead rice flour with lukewarm water till the dough gets springy. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a log-size piece. Cut further into 1-inch pieces.

Boil water and toss the dough pieces in. Let them cook for 10 minutes.
