Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl whisk the butter & brown sugar for a couple of minutes Now add the flour, baking soda & mix will to combine all the ingredients.
Gradually fold in the vegan chocolate chips into it. Now add more water if needed to make soft & firm dough. Take a spoonful of dough & place it onto a baking tray. Flatten the cookie dough with fingers to give it a cookie shape. Place some vegan choco chips on top.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 13-15 minutes. Your vegan choc chip cookies are ready to be served.
