Made with sago pearls, peanuts, spices and herbs, Sabudana Khichdi is consumed during fasting but also a great way to have quick snack on any regular day. It is light and filling. Try this recipe.
Ghee

Potato

Peanuts
1/2 cup
Coconut

rock salt
2 teaspoon
Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon
Ginger
1 tablespoon
Wash the sabudana until the water runs completely clear. Then soak it in ¾ cup of water overnight. Use a spoon to fluff the sabudana pearls next morning.
In a non-stick pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chillies and fry until they leave the aroma and the curry leaves turn crispy.
Meanwhile, add the peanut powder, potatoes, grated coconut, salt and sugar to the soaked sabudana and mix it.
