A flavourful and delicious South Indian Sambar recipe made with lentils, sambar masala, and vegetables is a fantastic way of having soft and fluffy idlis, Vadas, and dosas. Sambar is an iconic dish in the Southern part of India and is simply eaten with everything. No meal is said to be complete without a sambar in it. It is a heavy source of nutrients and protein. Can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A lot of raw spices are used to give sambar its unique flavor.
