Preparing the Rice
Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add some mustard seeds into the hot oil and let them splutter. Add some curry leaves. Add chopped onions and stir it until it turns translucent or pink. Add some green chillies according to your preference of spice. Add some ginger garlic paste. Now add the boneless chopped fillets of fish- Surmai and let it cook on one side.
After a while flip the fish fillets and let it cook on the other side. Mix in some diluted tamarind pulp mixed with some warm water. Make sure your pulp is free from seeds and fiber.
