Ingredients

Serves 4
  • oats

    1 cup

  • semolina

    1 1/2 cup

  • yogurt

    4 cup

  • baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon

  • roasted peanuts

    6 tablespoon

  • dried red chillies

    2 pieces

  • sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

  • honey

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Dry roast the oats in a pan on low flame. Grind the roasted oats until you get fine powdered oats.

Dry roast some semolina and mix it with the powdered oats in a bowl. Mix it well.

Add the yogurt, followed by some salt. Mix well. Add fruit salt as that will help the Idlis to fluff up. Mix well and keep the batter aside.
