Aam Panna: Beat the heat with this refreshing drink

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • raw mango4 Numbers
  • sugar1 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder1 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1

Add some water in a pressure cooker. Put some raw mangoes in a vessel and place it in the cooker.

Cook the mangoes for 3 whistles.

Once the raw mangoes are cooked, remove them from the cooker. Make a slit on the mango and peel the skin off the mangoes. Use a spoon to remove the pulp of the raw mango and put in in a blender.

After adding the pulp, add some sugar in the blender. Add some cardamom powder and some pepper powder. Blend the mixture.

Put some ice cubes in a glass and fill half of the glass with the blended mixture. Pour some water to fill the other half of the glass.
