Ingredients

Serves 3
  • all purpose flour500 grams
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • sugar2 tablespoon
  • dry yeast3 teaspoon
  • water1 cup
  • vegetable oil4 tablespoon
  • activated charcoal powder1 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Add flour in a bowl. Sprinkle some salt and add activated charcoal powder in it. Mix it well.

Add some sugar and dry yeast into the bowl. Pour warm water in it and knead it with your hands. Add some oil over the kneaded dough. Knead it again. Let t proof for 45 mins.

Press the air out of the dough and knead it again. Place it in the bread mould. Let it proof for 45 mins

Bake it at 200 degree C for 25 minutes. Remove it and cut the slices of bread
