Ready in less than 10 mins it is a super quick recipe with variation according to your taste and mood. Being low on calories it will fill you up and keep you or the children energised.
Heat some oil in a pan. Add some Rai (Mustard Seeds) & Cumin Seeds (Jeera) to it and fry till they start to crackle.
