  • raisins1 tablespoon
  • vinegar1 tablespoon
  • salt1/4 teaspoon
  • chilli flakes1 teaspoon
  • mayonnaise2 tablespoon

Add grated carrots to the blender along with raisins, vinegar and salt and blend.
