Chicken seekh kabab is a juicy, flavourful and succulent dish which is a blend of traditional aromatic spices and seasoning. The spiced chicken can be moulded onto skewers, foil or satay sticks, according to what is easily available to you. This is a great party snack which everyone loves and can be severed with Mint Chutney, Yogurt Dip or Pickled Onions. It is an ideal dish if you are on a diet since it is high on protein & fat and very low on carbs.
In a bowl, mix together the minced chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, chaat masala, garam masala, green cardamom powder, fresh coriander, lemon juice, Oil and salt.
