  • chicken200 grams
  • ginger garlic paste2 teaspoon
  • green chilli3 small
  • red chilli powder1 teaspoon
  • mixed herbs5.6 grams
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • cheese3 slices
  • bread crumbs1/2 cup
  • eggs1 Numbers

Preparation

Step 1

Toss boneless chicken, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, salt, herbs and melted butter into a bowl and mix well. Grind them together into a coarse paste.

Shape the mixture into balls and place them between butter papers. Flatten them out into a roti-like shape.

Next, place a cheese slice on the flattened "patty" and roll it into a cigar-like shape. Seal the edges properly.
