  • onion1 cup
  • tomato2 cup
  • capsicum1 cup
  • green chilli1 Numbers
  • tomato ketchup3 tablespoon
  • water1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves As required
  • eggs1 Numbers
  • dosa batter As required
  • oil As required
  • salt As required

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil. When the oil is hot add chopped onions into the pan.

When they are slightly translucent, throw in the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. Stir them for another five minutes. Season with salt.

Add the chopped green chili, tomato ketchup and half a cup of water. Mix well. Top it off with freshly chopped coriander.

Beat an egg with a pinch of salt.

Pour the dosa batter on a heated pan. Drizzle one tsp of oil. Flip and cook again.
