Egg Sandwiches can be a delicious breakfast or snack option especially for kids. They are both healthy and quite filling. Choose between tangy egg chutney sandwich and creamy egg mayo sandwich and you are sorted.

  • Mint Leaves1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves1/2 cup
  • Green Chilles2 Numbers
  • Ginger1/2 piece
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice1 teaspoon
  • Bread4 slices
  • Eggs2 Numbers
  • Black Pepper Powder1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs2 Numbers
  • Chilli Flakes1/2 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder1/4 teaspoon
  • Bread2 slices
  • Lettuce Leaves As required

Recipe 1: Egg Chutney Sandwich

Take 2 slices of bread and spread the chutney on either sides. Cut round slices of a boiled egg and place them on the bread with chutney spread. Sprinkle some pepper powder and place the other bread slice on it.

Place a lettuce leaf or a spinach leaf on a slice of bread and add the filling over it. Place another lettuce leaf on it and cover it with another slice of bread. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve it.
