Ingredients

  • butter1/2 cup
  • brown sugar3/4 cup
  • eggs1 Numbers
  • tutti frutti red1/2 cup
  • tutti frutti green1/2 cup
  • cashews1/2 cup
  • walnut1 cup
  • cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • all purpose flour1 1/2 cup
  • baking soda1 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, brown sugar and egg together. Whisk it up with a hand blender for best results.

Once blended, fold the mixture with a spatula. Let it sit at room temperature.

Mix red and green tutti frutti, cashew, walnuts, cinnamon powder and all purpose flour.

Add baking soda into flour mixture. Spoon in the butter, egg and brown sugar mixture and whisk.

Make small bite-sized balls with the dough and press them down.

Line them up on the wax sheet of the baking tray.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for twenty to twenty-five minutes in a preheated oven.

Cool the cookies for fifteen to twenty minutes. Serve at room temperature.
