The best part of this healthy chocolate cake recipe is that it's as spongy and decadent as a regular chocolate cake. Here's how you can make it at home.


Ingredients

  • curd6 tablespoon
  • castor sugar6 tablespoon
  • milk1/4 cup
  • coffee powder1/2 tablespoon
  • vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
  • vinegar1/4 tablespoon
  • whole wheat flour1/2 cup
  • baking soda1/8 tablespoon
  • cocoa powder1/8 cup
  • milk powder1/8 cup
  • chocolate ganache As required
  • peanut butter As required
  • white chocolate As required

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk fresh curd and castor sugar together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix milk and coffee. Add it to the curd and castor sugar mixture.

Add coffee essence and vinegar. Mix well.

Sieve the dry ingredients like whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and milk powder. Mix gradually.

Once everything is combined well, transfer the batter into a greased loaf tin. Spread the batter evenly and bake at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.

After the cake is baked, de mould it and decorate it with chocolate ganache garnish, peanut butter ganache, sprinkles and white chocolate.
