Milk Peda is a good source of calcium, which helps to strengthen bones and teeth. According to Ayurveda, milk peda is rich in nutrients & perfect for people who are looking to gain weight.

One of its ingredients, Ghee is an excellent source of fat. It contains healthy fatty acids called mono-saturated omega 3s, which support heart health. Studies state that ghee is a part of a healthy diet and which can also help to reduce the bad cholesterol levels in the body. Milk powder provides extra protein, fat, calcium, and phosphorus to the body.

  • ghee2 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 cup
  • milk powder1 cup
  • saffron As required
  • milk As required
  • raisins As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take a pan & heat it. Add 2 tbsp of ghee and let it melt completely.

Add some amount of milk powder (add it in batches). Stir it ti make sure that there are no lumps.
