  • mustard oil1 tablespoon
  • oil1 tablespoon
  • green cardamom5 Numbers
  • star anise3 Numbers
  • cloves3 pieces
  • cinnamon stick3 Numbers
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • kashmiri mirch powder1 tablespoon
  • tomato1 cup
  • garam masala1 teaspoon
  • water1 cup
  • kasuri methi1 teaspoon
  • cream2 tablespoon
  • paneer250 grams
  • honey1 tablespoon
  • salt As required
  • coriander leaves As required
  • cream As required

Preparation

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan. Smoke it and allow it to cool down.

Add whole spices- garam masala, cinnamon, green cardamom and star anise. Mix well. Add butter and red chilli powder. Mix thoroughly.

Once the masala gets fragrant, add chopped tomatoes and butter. Mix well. Cover the lid to cook faster.

Remove the lid and add garam masala. Add water and kasuri methi. Mix and let it cook. Add fresh cream and honey to give the gravy some sweetness.

Finally add paneer and give the gravy a good mix. Garnish with some more cream and coriander and serve hot!
