  • water As required
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • refined oil1 tablespoon
  • pasta fettuccine200 grams
  • egg3 Numbers
  • black pepper1 teaspoon
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • parmesan cheese1/2 cup
  • refined oil1 tablespoon
  • bacon1/2 cup
  • parmesan cheese As required
  • parsley As required

Preparation

For Pasta

Add fettuccine into the water and let it cook. Check if it has cooked properly – Remove the fettuccine from the water and place it on a plate.

Break 3 eggs in a bowl. Add some black pepper and salt to it. Add parmesan cheese and whisk it thoroughly.

Pour some oil in a pan and once the oil is heated, fry some bacon in it.

Add the cooked fettuccine into the pan and switch the heat off. Now pour the egg batter in the pan. Stir the pasta with the batter.

Serve it in a bowl. Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over the pasta. Garnish it by sprinkling some parsley.
